Do you just do designs?

Yes. If you are just interested in a design and plan on installing the project yourself, Emily will draw and prepare a design for your property which includes a proposal to install the work showing quantities of materials.

Designs are $85.00 per hour/board time. Consultation before design is no charge. Designs range from $450.00 to $1200.00 depending upon size of property etc.

Should you decide to have EVH install the project for you, the design charge would be credited towards your final landscape installation invoice that is over $5,000.00.

Do you give free estimates?

We prepare a detailed and thorough proposal that includes a firm price with no forgotten costly surprises during the project.  

How long will it take before a proposal is ready?

Most proposals and concept plans will be completed within 2 weeks after the initial consultation. Occasionally the process may take more time during late Spring through Summer.

How soon can you start our project?

This usually depends upon the time of year. We can typically get started on your project four to eight weeks after a plan and budget have been established.

What size projects do you install?

We install projects from $5,000.00 to over $250,000. Larger projects may be installed in two or three phases over a couple of years.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept all forms of credit card payments with a 2.5% processing fee.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We give a one year guarantee on plant material that is a 5 gallon or larger.
